If you have inquiries to subjects not covered generally by these Terms of Service, please ask prior to a request/commission. I hold the right to reject any commission for any reason whatsoever - with or without notice, but always with a refund. Exceptions for iffy content will be made on a case-by-case basis. Attempts to retrieve lolicon/shotacon/underage NSFW material will be reported to appropriate authorities. Attempts to scam will be met with reporting as well. These are not set in stone and I may reject a commission proposal for any reason at any time whatsoever, with or without notice to the client.

DISCLAIMER AND LEGAL INFORMATION:By commissioning BLEEDING EDGE MONOTONE, you will herein agree to the following terms. Once payment has been processed, you cannot revoke approval to the following terms.If a deal falls through, for any reason, you WILL be refunded.1. BLEEDING EDGE MONOTONE reserves the right, fully and wholly, to refuse or reject methods of payment, withhold in-progress commissions, or outright refuse a client for any reason whatsoever, with or without notice to the client. He also reserves the right at any time to halt progress and refund a failed commission, or pause mid-progress for real-world issues, or other serious matters.2. BLEEDING EDGE MONOTONE cannot, wants not, and will not be held responsible for any issues, drama, or other problematic behaviors with the client following a successful commission and close-out of a payment. If the client commissioning is revealed to be problematic, BLEEDING EDGE MONOTONE will take no side and refuse to comment. This is done for the safety of the client and the artist.3. By commissioning BLEEDING EDGE MONOTONE, you understand that a time estimate is a rough window of when the piece will be finished and does not reflect the actual time and effort that will go into the work. You also understand that the completed piece may take longer by up to twice the estimated length of time, and agree to be patient with the artist. Failure to do so may result in termination of the deal, a refund and blocked communication.4. At any moment you are free to ask BLEEDING EDGE MONOTONE to halt progress for any reason whatsoever and ask questions, comments or concerns for the process. You are encouraged to speak out about any possible issues with the work (for example, an error in a palette, design, background, or noticeable flaw in integrity.) You are also encouraged to ask as many questions as you need in order to make it 100% clear that you will receive EXACTLY what you are looking for.5. BLEEDING EDGE MONOTONE reserves the right to drop, raise or otherwise alter the commission prices specified in order to accommodate friends or those who cannot afford higher pieces. He is also open to art trades or requests on a first come, first serve basis. He still reserves the right to reject this for any reason whatsoever, as this is only done out of goodwill towards the client. Please do not expect an automatic discount because you know him.6. Finally, by speaking with BLEEDING EDGE MONOTONE, submitting payment, completing and closing out the commission and receiving the finished files, you understand that the art is property of yours physically and BLEEDING EDGE MONOTONE's for posting purposes, and that at any time he may ask to remove uploads of the piece if there is found to be an issue with the art to be corrected.

Discounts are not available for Tier 1, or during emergency commissions.

Prices are not set in stone and are subject to fluctuation depending on volume of current work, emergency situations/necessity and friend discounts. Discounts are not guaranteed.
